SkyDome

Painted skydome texture in Adobe Photoshop

Test Render in UDK

Second Test Render in UDK
This was my first attempt at a Skydome. I was on an assignment dealing with a western theme and we wanted the sky to be night, but not to bland of a night. Through out building the skydome I tried many, many things, but could just not get it right. Above is the final outcome of what was placed inside the project.

portfolio updates

These images were early textures, taken and polished. The top portion of the picture is a snap shot of the textures inside UDK and the Bottom is of course the Normal map.

Dead soil, used in western shmup done for Studio 2

Plain messy bricks without lighting/specular, just painted.

Same as above, picture on left is a snip of it in UDK and the rop right is the specular of the messy bricks.

Painted metal/ No spec map because this texture was for painting purposes.

The style of this mud is to look more hand-painted/crafted vs. the photo-sourced realistic style of mud. I wanted to see what the outcome would be/how it would look possibly placed in a game. It would need a specific style of game to work, but overall I think I am happy with it.
